Back in 2010, The Organization was created by a group of retired Philippine Army officer(s), and retired law enforcement personnel(S) and Professional Business Enthusiast headed by Mr. Arsenio Aboy. was then the founding chairman of the organization. Chairman Aboy a retired army officer, established the organization with 13 members and officers and became ambitious, voluminous, realistic and more over the organization became stronger.
Chairman Aboy, organized and created this group to establish a credible organization that has the experience in intelligence, has the ability in surveillance and investigation expertise, and giving information and disseminations to the law enforcement authorities.
The organization is focused in cooperating and coordinating with the Law Enforcement Units respectively the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP), NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION (NBI), PHILIPPINE DRUG ENFORCEMENT AGENCY (PDEA), ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES (AFP), BUREAU OF IMMIGRATION (BOI), BUREAU OF CUSTOMS (BOC), INTERPOL AND FBI to arrest foreign unlawful persons illegally working in Voice phishing, most wanted fugitives abroad, INTERPOL RED NOTICE and other foreign criminals hiding in our Country.
During the lockdown in the covid-19 pandemic, the organization decided and was forced to lay-low the operation of the organization. But early this year we members and officers of the organization decided to re-group and organized ourselves to fully mobilize the organization and operational to continue our mission and vision to help our Law enforcers local and UNITED NATIONS OFFICE ON DRUGS AND CRIME (UNODC) abroad to fight and stop criminality.
We are dedicated to supporting our community through donations. We provide essential resources such as food, clothing, and household items to those in need. Our mission is to make a positive impact by fostering compassion and improving the quality of life for individuals and families facing challenges.
